April 10: First activity of the spring. Club members arrive to rake leaves and perform general cleanup around the clubhouse. Persons interested in joining the club and participating in club activities showed up to throw 100 shoes to establish an average. The puppy, even though it is a club member did not try to qualify for league pitching.
